I have been casting for phoenix flowers, with both fire seed and fuzzy seed for 6 days now (not continuously, but a good number of hours per day) and have not gotten any to grow! I need them to finish my herbalism badge. Is this a bug, or am I just hopeless?

This is not a bug. The phoenix flower is a bit rare and seems rarer those moments when you need it. It will grow eventually :)

I have gotten 4 feathers now from my phoenix flowers.. why hasn't Kendra taken them? I thought she was supposed to exchange 3 for the gloves? I need the gloves to collect the embers!

Darlene, it's not the Phoenix Feathers you need for the gloves. It's a different item that drops off different plants. Try casting Fire Seeds.

So far I have gotten a dragon scale from a dragon pop flower, been buying and casting Fire seeds like crazy, but I've been getting a lot of embers I can not collect without the gloves... so far haven't been able to grow a dragons tear :(. I am up to 4 feathers now, isn't Kendral supposed to appear when I have 3?

Darlene, the quest for the Phoenix Feathers, Phoenix Flower Proficient, was the previous quest, which you've already completed. (take a look at your wizard profile, it lists the quest badges you've earned and have yet to earn) You're so close to your new set of gloves, don't give up!

Another thing is Phoenix Flowers are too rare to be sold for only $18 with no pot bonus.
