[b]The Last 3 Months[/b]

As I said earlier, this has been a crazy 3 months. We added Blossom Seeds, Pomellum Seeds, Nymph Seeds, Pinseeds, and Ancient Seeds. We introduced a new gift-only seed, the Glass Beads, and the old gift-only seed, the Stardusts, became a part of the main game. We added the rare Butterfly Seed for our butterfly collectors.

Pursten has continued to search for his origins. We've had about 10 new quests in total.

We've seen the introduction of pets, Ambrosia, and new wands.

The Forest Shop opened and will soon switch from gold to silver.

We've seen secret outfits, a new way to convert silver into gold, and new summons.

We've had 2 immensely successful prize petal contests, giving away hundreds of prizes.

We've had 2 celebration weeks -- doubling the daily gold bonus permanently in the first celebration, and giving Kendral a new dress for her birthday celebration. Everyone received daily gifts from our favorite residents of Brimswood.

We've had Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Player Appreciation sales.

Overall, it's been an incredible summer, exceeding all my expectations. Which brings us to this player appreciation sale -- I can't thank you enough for giving me this opportunity to make a career doing something I love. Thank you. : ))

Hmm... Silver into Gold! That's new... Havn't heard of that, although I have an idea about what it might be, someone said something about it and I didn't reconize it. Dude, seriously! I did NOT realize how much you've done in the past three months, and without Keith! You are seriously TOO GOOD!!! I havn't compleated half of the new Quests, and as I said before, there's things on there I didn't even know about! You have givin us players a whole lot in these past three months! The only bad thing about it is that there's less things you can add now! Seriously, you are wonderful to us!!!!!

Silver to gold is new to me too - would appreciate a scroll or link please, or I'll search forums later. New computer today - display on the old one's been dying for ages - and the graphics here are even more lovely.

Did we all miss the silver to gold or was it for advanced players. Still enjoying growing all the lovely plants. It's such an easy form of gardening!!Just wish we were still getting the large amounts of gold every day. Ah well can't have everything.

@QUEENIE: You can get **spoiler** for things other than inviting friends to play. You can **spoiler** Of course if you already have those and can't get more friends to play, I guess you're out of luck. :(

Seems I can't donate - it's declining my paypal, and the credit card option won't work without a 'valid zipcode' - what about all the people outside the US!?

Someone please post the silver to gold info here as a spoiler. It's new to me, too, and a search yielded no info.

More on topic, seeing all those things done in the past 3 months laid out like that really bowled me over. I knew all about 'em but it seems like it's been much longer than that! Thought I had left a review, but double checking shows nothing, so glad to throw a 5 star review up. Keep up the great work, Dude, I really love this game and I'm sure glad you love working on it! :)

Thank you Dude, for all the effort you put into the game. It has become a place to escape to when the real world gets hard and a place for just having fun and meeting players all over the world.
This might be a player appreciation sale, but we appreciate you just as much! Even though a game can't do without players to survive, it all starts with the developer. Without you there would be no island at all! So thanks again, for everything you've accomplished:)

Dude - you are the greatest!

This has to be the best passive game around. Thank you so much - and I'm just off to see what goodies I can get in the sale.

I was going to say thank you for the sale and donate but I HATE spare change as it stores my passwords so it can delete money from my account without me even having to put a password in except for my Facebook one and I've already written to Dude TWICE about it.

Dude, it is NOT FAIR to withold the extra bonus gold to those of us who don't want to use spare change. I don't want to use effing "Gambit" whatever that is - I just want to use Paypal - which is secure, and the most popular form of payment on the web. All the other Facebook games I use let me pay directly with Paypal and I get ALL the bonus offers - why not Enchanted Island?!

So I won't be donating after all now and I will be leaving the game very soon if it isn't fixed.

And why still no faceted seeds? Arrrrgggh!

@Claire, just wanted you to know that I had trouble with Spare Change too, but none at all using Gambit, which allows me to donate via PayPal and doesn't store my password. I always use Gambit now and really like it.

ETA: oops. just had my first problem donating via Gambit. I think because of the player appreciation sale. Normally I have no problems.

@Claire: I'm sorry. While many players are okay with Sparechange, I know some would prefer to have other options -- including, as you say, to pay directly with Paypal.

The only excuse I can give for not having more options is that they take time to develop.

I plan on experimenting with other payment options in the future. Hopefully I can add payments direct from Paypal as an option before you choose to leave. : ((

I guess I am just stupid cause I never say a way to convert silver into gold and though I tried everything never could get a pet. I do this to kill time but really think it is a lose lose type situation. Very soon I will just not come to this site anymore.

@Kathy: If you would like to get a pet, just wait a couple days! On August 1st all the seeds in the Forest Shop will be available for silver. You'll be able to choose from 6 pets. These seeds are a permanent part of the game, so you can take your time finding a pet.

@Bethantha: I've asked Sparechange about this zip / postal code issue. They say: "Each country should still have a zip code or postal code. When the user chooses their country at the time of deposit, it should then change the form to the country they specified."

Could you please let me know if this has not been your experience? Maybe they have a bug?

WOW!! I just checked out the Forest Shop! I thought when the items switched to silver the prices would be really high, but those are some fantastic silver prices!! THANK YOU!!!!
Note to self: Next time read all announcements before purchasing gold seeds! LOL! I just spent a ton on spores to get that "secret quest" done! Oh well....I love that I am invisible now!!

Hi....... maybe thougth wrong, because when I read the word "sale", I dreamed in 50 per cent offer seeds or something like that; so two hours ago when I visited the Purstens shop and only see the availibility of seeds but with its original price I felt disillusioned. Dude I love your job in EI, Thanks for all, but I need express How I feel.

LOL Dude, i just donated money yesterday to be all ready for the big sale today so i missed out on the bonus gold....so i just donated again so i can have the bonus gold :)
And i managed to complete two more quests so i can have the highest level butterflies.....you never know if they may be needed later on in the game so im a very happy Wizard girl right now :)

Didn't know where to post this so I'm posting it here- seems the days and nights are mixed up, when it's night time here it's day time on EI and visa versa when it's day time here. On purpose or a bug??
