Just a quick note: Pursten informs me that supplies of Blossom and Butterfly seeds are running low. He expects to run out on Wednesday, July 21st.

Blossom Seeds will return on a regular cycle, like our other premium seeds.

Butterfly Seeds may [b]not[/b] be available in the premium shop again. They will eventually be added to the game. One thing will not change, however: Only players who have collected all 5 butterflies will be able to find / collect Butterfly Seeds. They won't be available for silver. They will be more like Berry, Nocturnal, and Dragon seeds where they can only be found.

Katyrus, you collect the butterflies from Shells, Blossom Seeds, Safari Seeds, Pigments, and Snowflakes.

For each of these seeds, you will need to complete the quest a second time to get the butterfly.

thanks for letting us know, dude, but can you [b]please[/b] put up a yellow notification about the blossoms leaving? Since they have been in the shop for more than a month, some people might be expecting they will still be there until the end of the summer. I am just glad that I checked for announcements today :D

also, I really appreciated that these seeds were around for so long. obviously it was because we had so much released at the same time, but I quite enjoyed myself this summer!

Can anyone give me an idea how many seeds/gold they needed to complete the butterfly garden quest? With only a few hours left to buy them I've gotta decide quick if I should go for the quest!! I've been trying to get my five butterflies for ages so I can do this :(

I just need one butterfly and have just run out of Safari Seeds. :(

I did complete the secret quest. I find it difficult as the island wiki search is not working. Any chance that the time to purchase seeds will be extended due to this complication? I don't want to waste casting seeds unless I can see spoilers for help first. Unless someone could send me a scroll with some help..TY!

Lizzie, you have not completed the secret quest **spoiler** yet. You need to finish the Beekeeper quest replay which you recently started then afterwards the secret quest should start. If it does not start then please post a bug report in the bug section of the forum.
And the Wiki can still be searched manually. Once in the Wiki just click "Quests" and find the quest you want information on.

does anyone know when the Wiki will be working again? I want to check it before I try to redo the Crystal Snowflake quest

Specifically, how long do I need to cast silver seeds before the Trader will show up for my snowflake? I've turned him down on that before because I did not realise I needed to get rid of it, will he come back for it again?

aaaa, as I stated in the post just above yours, the Wiki is still working, it is just the search function in the Wiki that is not working. You can still read the Wiki and search through it manually for information.

The trade for the Crystal Snowflake is random and only happens during the day. It can take a few casts or hundreds of casts.

I only actually only need one plant from the Safari seeds since I almost completed the quest, it's so frustrating.

With butterfly seeds leaving in 2 days, I won't have any chance to purchase any without obtaining the Nature butterfly which I can't do without Safari seeds...so I'll just have to wait presumably? :-D

@Shadow: I think maybe, but it'll probably be a little later. I was thinking that when the Butterfly Seeds are added to the main game, we'd do something with all the (required) premium seeds so players would be able to unlock them.

I'm just not sure about the timing. This feels more like an August event. : ))

I was also hopeful that Safari seeds might be available again before the butterfly seeds go away, as I have to complete my butterfly collection. Working on getting my last butterfly by redoing the safari quest, but ran out of seeds awhile ago. I've been working and collecting the other 4 butterflies all summer. But it appears I"ll have to wait and see what the options are in August. Unless you might consider putting all the required seeds in the premium shop for 24 hours before the butterfly seeds disappear??? Just a wishful thought. I've really enjoyed all the new seeds & quests this summer. And I LOVE my pet froggie! THANKS so much for all your efforts!

Any chance that before the butterfly seeds are gone, the safari seeds can return briefly? Please?! :)

@ Shadow : I was redoing the Safari quest and like you, I ran out of seeds just when I needed 1 last pair. So I paid Mr Owl some silver (well, a lot actually lol...) and finally I managed to get 2 more seeds from him. And luckily Magnolia came to **spoiler**, and with those I managed to finish my quest. So, there are other ways to get some more safari seeds to complete the quest =)
