i can't use the fairy summon.. :(( what should i do? how to tame it?

Nina, you don't tame the fairies. To use a fairy summons you can not have full energy, meaning, if you have 5 casts, you won't be able to summon a fairy until you have 4 or less energy. Even though Fairies only come during the day, you can still summon fairies during all hours (both night and day).
If they're still not working, then I would suggest deleting your cookies and restarting your internet browser. This *should* do the trick ;)

Nina: It's looking to me like you caught a fairy, so they should be scowling at you and flying off any time you see one randomly in the game or summon one. The key to this quest is patience and you'll have to work through the choice you made in it. Eventually, they'll come and ask you something. I can see it on your stand now, but it won't work until they ask. Until then, unfortunately, you won't be able to use the summons so you'll just have to save them up. Your best plan from here is to just work on your next quest. In case you forgot, you're working on the **spoiler** part of the Brimswood Celebration.

Nina, you still have to wait for the fairies to come to you before they will forgive you. Unfortunately you were mean to them so now it will take some more time before they are willing to be nice to you.
You're done with the band plants and should be on the Terrific Topiary quest with the Square seeds.

I have had the fairies scowling & flying off for more than a month now. What do you have to do to get them back to helping you?

Tigress, they'll come to you and tell you what to do when you're ready. In case they've come and you missed the pop-up, **spoiler**. This will only work if they've already come to you. I also see you're ready for the first part of the Brimswood Celebration. In case you and that pop-up missed each other, **spoiler**. The plants must all be on your stand at the same time and in the correct pot.
