[u][b] Silver vs Gold [/u][/b]
These are the two currencies on the Island. Silver is used for the Main Game currency; Gold is used for all of the Extra’s and Specialty Items. Hearts are awarded to you when you bring a new wizard who has never visited the Isle to the game. Family is [u]Not[/u] needed to play Enchanted Island, it is just a fun bonus feature.

[u][b]Forums[/u][/b]
The forums are a great place to get questions answered, report bugs, or check the announcements for new things. To get to the forums, simply click on the tab marked "Help & Discuss". If you are looking for a specific topic, you can look to see if any recent topics have a title similar to your question [i]or[/i] there is a search box in the upper-right corner that will search the forums for a keyword (the Wiki has this feature, too). There are links at the top of the Help and Discuss page to view either all the topics you've started or that you've posted in. If you've made a post that you can't find, try looking in the topics you've posted in. There's a chance that a few similar threads were created at once and merged together.

[u][b] Flagging Topics [/u][/b]
Please do not flag a thread to mark it. The flagging system is to alert the Elders to problems/bugs or for them to flag good ideas. Therefore you may ask an official to stick the thread at the top of you like as a way not to lose it. [i]When you flag a thread to mark it is added to all the other flagged threads and slows down the elders ability to fix things that really do need attention. [/i]
