Hi I was just wondering about those of us, who because of using non-Windows systems, who are unable to upload the new toolbar?
You say in your support section about browsers but not operating systems. But although I'm using a supported browser I can't put in the toolbar because it doesn't work for Linux/Ubuntu.
I feel that those of us that use these other systems are being left out, not because we don't wish to support the game in this fashion, but because we can't. We're missing out because we choose to use a different operating system.
Sorry I can't think of any way to fix it offhand. And I'm not having a rant and screaming "Fix it or I'm gone." but I just felt that you should be aware that not everyone wants to use Windows on their PC.

grace - I actually use a mac here when I visit the island, and was able to download the toolbar onto Firefox without issue. Although, I do know that it has been requested for the makers of the toolbar (these are non-EI developers) to hopefully expand the range of browsers and operating systems! this may time time unfortunately.

Thanks for your reply Lauren :) I had heard from other Mac users that they were unable to download it, so maybe there is hope for them :)

Lauren - will there be an announcement when the toolbar is available for Safari? I don't use Firefox and so it would be of no benefit for me to download the toolbar to my Mac.
