Hi I am stuck on the dialog box again. When I click on the red dialog nothing happens, refresh doesn't work either.

I had this happen right after I received 2 gifts. In fact the gifting seems to mess things up for me. Yesterday I did not receive gifts and I was able to play normally (cast, sell continuously) where the days before when I did receive gifts I had to refresh after every action. I had the stuck dialog box on Saturday also.

I have done the clear cache/cookies, upgrade flash etc.

Thanks! I'm still having the issue of needing to refresh after any action. I was fine yesterday.

becky - when I had this issue a little while back with needing to refresh. I was able to delete cookies off of my browser, and it fixed the issue. I would suggest perhaps you try the same :)

Lauren I just now deleted cookies/cache logged out of browser and restarted computer. And am still having issues. In fact I'm stuck on dialog again. :(

Becky - cleared your dialogs again. Clicking the text "...dialog" itself should actually bring these stuck dialogs themselves back up for you without us always needed to clear them for you! Just something for you to try next time :)

Here I am once again. With the same problem as yesterday and the day before and so on. Last time I was given some information about firefox's issues and Facebook. I did everything that it said to do. But when I cleared my cache and came back here, first I had to refresh for anything to register. Then the dialog got stuck again. Don't know what to do now. I even tried coming here with Internet Explorer to no avail. This happened early this morning but I have not been able to post this it just will not work when I click on post. I tried everything but cannot get it to work. I have written this thing about 20 times but it just will not work. I am here with Internet Explorer not firefox and it hasn't worked yet. If it does this time good. I am really in a mess now. LOL. Also I still have not gotten my gold for installing the toolbar. Here goes hope it works my fingers are sore from all the typing today.

Lauren just letting you know that clicking on the red dialog does nothing for me. In fact now refreshing is not working either. The browser shows that the page or link is loading because the little green bars go part way to the end but never finish. This is the link I get when clicking on the red dialog:

For now I'll just try every day and hope it works. Is there perhaps an option to play somehow without Flash? I play many Flash based application (Farmville,Faunasphere,Country Life) to name a few and have no issues anywhere else. I don't quite understand.

I have tried using Chrome with no difference, it doesn't work there either.

And just to add to the confusion of my issue, I just collected my gifts and the Flash worked great on the gift page. Every time I collected a gift the blue box showed up and it went into my satchel, no refreshing needed to collect 4 gifts.

But on the Town square page everything is stuck. I also have to refresh to get this post to actually post.
